We’re hiring a Campervan Builder / Experienced Trade Worker who takes pride in practical, well-finished work. Help build campervans and motorhomes, from cabinetry and interior fit-outs to 12V systems and plumbing.

What you’ll do

  • Measure, cut, assemble and install cabinetry, panels and interior components.
  • Fit doors, drawers, hardware and campervan accessories.
  • Install and connect 12V wiring, lighting, pumps and related components within your skills and authorisations.
  • Install water tanks, pumps, hoses, sinks and campervan plumbing components within your skills and authorisations.
  • Check installations for correct operation, neat workmanship and water leaks.
  • Work accurately from measurements, solve fitting problems and maintain a high standard of finish.
  • Keep your workspace organised and follow safe workshop practices.

Any work requiring a licence must be performed by appropriately licensed personnel.

What you’ll bring

  • At least two years of verifiable, hands-on building trade experience.
  • Practical experience with 12V systems and campervan, caravan or similar plumbing installations.
  • A current driver’s licence permitting you to drive manual vehicles.
  • Confidence using hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment.
  • Accurate measuring, assembly and fitting skills, with examples of your workmanship.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, clear communication and the ability to work independently and with the team.

Trade-qualified applicants and experienced workers without formal qualifications are welcome.

Workshop location

Our workshop is currently in Oxenford and will relocate to Mount Cotton at the start of November 2026. Applicants starting before the move must be able to work at both locations.

Mandatory checks

Reference checks are a must. Provide work referees who can verify your experience, workmanship and reliability.

A National Police Check is required with your consent. Any findings will be assessed for their relevance to the role.
