Custom Sprinter, Crafter & Delica Conversions

We take on custom Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter and Mitsubishi Delica campervan conversions at our Gold Coast workshop. Unlike our three set-price HiAce packages, these vans are quoted individually because the shell, layout and equipment can vary a lot from one build to the next.

Sprinter, Crafter and Delica builds

Whether the van is short or long wheelbase, 2WD or 4WD, we start with how you plan to use it. From there we work through the kitchen, bed, storage, electrical and water systems so the layout makes sense for your vehicle and the way you travel.

If you have a HiAce but want something outside our listed layouts, that can be treated as a custom build too. We’ll look at what you’re trying to achieve, work through the plan with you and quote the job before the build starts.

If your van is a listed HiAce

For Toyota HiAce 200 Series customers, we currently have three made-to-order packages with published conversion prices. The vehicle is supplied separately.

How a custom build works

Start by telling us which van you have and how you want to travel in it. We’ll work through a layout that suits the shell, then confirm the scope, quote and expected build time before we begin. A standard HiAce is typically around five weeks; larger or more involved custom vans are timed according to the work required.

Workshop

Every build has a 1-year manufacturer warranty on our workmanship and the parts we supply and install, subject to the warranty terms. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
