Shipping policy

This policy covers parts bought on this website. Fitouts are built at our Oxenford workshop — you drop the van in, we do not post a finished conversion.

We post from the Gold Coast, Australia. Pickup is available at 5/143 Old Pacific Highway, Oxenford QLD 4210.

How long we take to post

Please allow 3 business days for us to pack and post a parts order. Made-to-order items (such as air conditioning units we order in) can take longer. We will tell you if that applies before we take the money, or as soon as we know.

We do not offer same-day or next-day dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Where we post

We post to addresses in Australia. If you need freight to a remote area, or something too big for a standard parcel, ask us for a quote before you order. Large items (ply, flares, aircon) usually go as freight, not a small parcel.

Pickup

Choose pickup at checkout when you can collect from Oxenford. We will tell you when it is ready. Call 0416 812 473 if you need to arrange a time.

Cost

Postage or freight is calculated at checkout where we have a rate, or quoted separately for heavy and oversized goods. GST is included in Australian prices.

If something is delayed or damaged

If we are running behind, we will contact you. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and call or email us. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply. Parts refunds are on our refund policy.
