Custom Campervan Conversions Gold Coast | Van Fitouts

We build campervan conversions at our Oxenford workshop, from Toyota HiAce fitouts through to larger custom vans. You bring us the van and we work with you on the layout, storage, electrical, water and the rest of the fitout.

Most of our work is on Toyota HiAces, but we also take on suitable Sprinters, Crafters, Delicas and other vans where the layout and scope make sense.

A typical HiAce build is around five weeks once the van is booked into the workshop. Bigger vans and more involved custom jobs are timed according to the work required, and we’ll confirm that with the quote.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the van and how you want to use it.
  2. We work through a layout and the main inclusions with you.
  3. Once the plan and quote are agreed, we book the van into the workshop.
  4. We complete the build in Oxenford and organise handover when it’s ready.

Vehicle modification and certification requirements depend on the van and the work being carried out. Where engineering or an Approved Person is required, we’ll explain the pathway and what needs to be arranged. See our Queensland campervan compliance information.

Common questions

What’s the difference between a set-price HiAce layout and a custom build?

Our published HiAce packages have a set layout and starting specification. If you want a different layout, different equipment or you have another type of van, we’ll quote the job around what you want to build.

Do you work on larger vans as well as HiAces?

Yes. HiAces make up a large part of our work, but we also take on suitable Sprinter, Crafter, Delica and other custom vans. The process is similar, although the scope and build time can be quite different.

Can I bring the van from interstate?

Yes. We regularly work with customers from interstate. Contact us before travelling so we can make sure the van, layout and booking dates are all confirmed.

Warranty

Every fitout we build comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty on our workmanship and the parts we supply and install, subject to the warranty terms. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
