Terms of service

These terms apply when you use goldcoastcampervans.com.au or buy from Gold Coast Campervans Pty Ltd (ABN 77 634 437 040). The workshop is at 5/143 Old Pacific Highway, Oxenford QLD 4210. Queensland, Australia law applies.

What we sell

This website sells campervan parts and made-to-order fitouts. A fitout is built in Oxenford. You drop the van in. We do not post a finished conversion. Parts can be posted or picked up — see our shipping policy.

Orders

By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over and the details you give us are correct. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless we say otherwise. We can refuse or cancel an order if something is wrong (price, stock, or the order looks fraudulent). If we cancel after payment, we refund you.

Posting parts

Please allow 3 business days for us to pack and post a parts order. Made-to-order items can take longer. We will tell you if that applies. Pickup is from Oxenford.

Fitouts

Fitout prices on the site are for the listed layouts and exclude the van unless we say otherwise. Custom work is quoted. A typical listed HiAce build is about five weeks once the van is in the bay. Every fitout has a 1-year manufacturer warranty on our work — see our warranty. It does not cover damage you cause, or work done without our consent.

Refunds

Parts bought on this website are covered by our refund policy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply and cannot be excluded.

The website

We try to keep prices and descriptions accurate. Photos are a guide. If we make a genuine mistake, we will contact you before going ahead. We can change the site, prices, or these terms by updating this page.
