Refund policy

This refund policy is for parts bought on this website.

If a part is unused and in its original packaging, you can send it back within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the part price. You cover return postage. Email goldcoastcampervans@yahoo.com before you post it.

If a part arrives faulty or not as described, we will repair, replace, or refund it.

Fitouts and custom builds are made to order, so they are not a change-of-mind return. See our warranty.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
